Details

• Entries to this tournament are primarily by invitation only. To be invited, one must win
  a regular season tournament at one of the INEPT venues for the year of the TOC.
• Last year's TOC "Bubble Person" also wins an entry.
• Any player wishing to buy in directly to the TOC may do so for 100 points. Only players
  who have played in an INEPT regular season event are eligible to buy in to the TOC.
• If you have played in 50% of the events in the current season, you can buy in at a
  discounted rate. This rate is calculated as <prize pool> / <current number of players>.
• The prize pool for this event is raked from each of the regular season tournaments,
  determined by the number of players according to following schedule:

  8-11 players:   20 points

  12-16 players: 25 points

  17-20 players: 30 points

  21-25 players: 35 points

  > 25 players:    40 points

  In rebuy events, the first rebuy is added to the TOC rake for that event.
• Payouts for the TOC will be determined by number of players and total prize pool
• Starting chip count for the TOC is determined by the number of wins during the
  regular season. A player's first win earns $10,000 in chips. Each additional
  win earns an additional $1,000 in chips.
• If a player has earned an entry into the TOC but is unable to attend, a proxy can
  be assigned. The proxy must have played at least one regular season event in the
  current year. Details of prize splits are to be negotiated between the player and
  proxy. (Winnings are normally split 50/50)
